How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We offer two different delivery options: Express (Same Day) Delivery and Normal Delivery.

Express (Same Day) delivery is available 5 days a week (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) in Select Areas within Nairobi.

Normal delivery take 1-2 business days (excluding Sunday and public holidays). Please note that this is a standard delivery schedule and is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, a message confirmation will be sent to you. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with us by sending your order number to hello (at) beautyhub.co.ke

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds?

The nature of Beauty Bliss’s high quality products mean that we cannot accept returns and exchanges under any conditions. No refunds are provided either. That’s how much we trust our products and service.

Can I change my DELIVERY address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct delivery address.

I’ve received a defective/incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize if you have received a defective/incorrect item from us. Please contact our Customer Care Team at support@beautybliss.co.ke with a snapshot of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Kindly call us or drop an email to our Customer Care Team at support@beautybliss.co.ke if you have not received your parcel after 7 working days and we will assist you accordingly.
